This fern is characterised by its soft hairy rhizomes. These furry legs creep and grow steadily until they engulf the container the plant resides in.
Please note, the planter is not included.
Requires plenty of indirect light but may suffer if it gets too much direct sunlight. A lack of light can lead to slow growth and poor foliage
Water regularly and thoroughly so the water reaches the plant’s deeper roots. Ferns like moisture so make sure the soil does not dry out fully between watering. Regular misting will also ensure this plant remains happy.
Avoid placing the planter next to radiators or draughty windows.
Consider giving the plant a shower if it's on the dusty side
Prune out any brown leaves or stems by cutting as close the next stem or the base of the plant as possible.
Use some fertiliser during warmer months i.e. April to September (little and often is best for consistent growth).
